DigitalHarvest offers creative design, branding, UI/UX, strategy, and related consulting services. All services are provided according to the scope agreed upon in proposals, quotations, or project briefs shared with clients.

3. Intellectual Property

• All concepts, designs, and deliverables created by DigitalHarvest remain our property until project completion.
• Upon final delivery, ownership of agreed deliverables transfers to the client.
• We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio and social media unless otherwise agreed.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide all required information, content, and approvals on time.
• Review and approve deliverables promptly to avoid project delays.
• Ensure that provided materials (logos, text, images) are legally owned or licensed.

5. Confidentiality

DigitalHarvest respects the confidentiality of client information. All shared data, business ideas, and materials are kept secure and never disclosed without prior consent.

6. Revisions and Feedback

Each project includes up to 2–3 revision rounds unless otherwise stated. Additional revisions may require new timelines or fees.

7. Timelines

Project timelines are mutually agreed upon at the start. Delays from the client in providing feedback or materials may extend delivery dates.

8. Cancellation Policy

If a project is cancelled after work has begun, completed deliverables up to that point remain the property of DigitalHarvest.

9. Liability

DigitalHarvest is not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our designs or recommendations.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

11. Updates to Terms

DigitalHarvest reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
